23 Then (A)the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took His garments and made (B)four parts, a part to each soldier and also His [a]tunic; now that tunic was seamless, woven in one piece from the top. 24 So they said to one another, “(C)Let us not tear it, but cast lots for it, to decide whose it shall be;” (D)this was in order that the Scripture would be fulfilled: “They (E)divided My garments among them, and for My clothing they cast [b]lots.” 25 Therefore the soldiers did these things.

(F)But standing by the cross of Jesus were (G)His mother, and His mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and (H)Mary Magdalene.
